I think EVERYONE has some area of weakness - yours is your Google Reader - mine is email. 

I think I&#039;ll always struggle with the urge to check email 100 times a day - but do get a lot more done when I limit it once in the morning, at lunchtime and when I wrap up my day.
Don&#039;t always stick to it - but I keep telling myself that recognizing the problem is more than half the battle! :)</description>
